Information on Shipping

Once you've placed an order, the most important thing is receiving your order.

At CAMMP we have multiple options available to you, ranging from regular Canada Post mail to fast UPS tracked shipping.
Home Delivery In Kamloops BC
Home Delivery is available for residents of Kamloops BC. If you are in Kamloops BC, you will see the local delivery option show up on the cart page and at checkout.

Home Delivery is only available Monday To Friday , if you place early enough in the day, your order may be delivered the same day. For most orders it will be delivered the following business day or thereafter.

Home delivery is currently unavailable Saturday's and Sundays.

Please note that we are not Domino's and we can't guarantee delivery times. We work around the clock to fulfil orders and we do deliveries in Kamloops as time permits.

Please do not contact us to ask what time we are out for delivery as these times change from day to day. We will deliver your items to your home as soon as we are able :) Thank you for understanding.

Lastly, please do not ask us to meet up at a specified location. Please use the proper protocol and fill out an address to which we can deliver your items.
FREE Shipping versus Paid Shipping
There is no difference in the service level of FREE shipping versus paid shipping. FREE shipping is available when you spend above a certain amount at CAMMP.

In order to qualify for free shipping you must spend the required amount (listed below), and select FREE SHIPPING in your cart or at checkout. Please note, if you don't see the option right away, consider refreshing the page.

- Northwest Territories, Nunavut & Yukon Territory - FREE Expedited Shipping starts at $100. FREE ExpressPost starts at $150.

- Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan - Spend $90 for FREE Shipping

- Manitoba - FREE Expedited Shipping starts at $100 (was $150). FREE ExpressPost Shipping starts at $125.

- Ontario & Quebec - FREE Expedited Shipping starts at $100 (was $150). FREE ExpressPost shipping starts at $150 (was $250).

- New Brunswick, PEI, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia - FREE expedited shipping starts at $100 (was $150), FREE ExpressPost starts at $150 (New**).
We have setup express shipping via UPS for deliveries that UPS says will take 1-2 days. Please note, this is what UPS says, and as such, CAMMP cannot guarantee that it will be delivered on time, although in most cases it is.
Canada Post
Included shipping is now CANADA POST EXPEDITED. Expresspost is available as an option.

Please note, if you are ordering via Canada Post there is a strong possibility that your product won't arrive at the initial estimated date of delivery. This is out of our control and something that we get regular complaints from customers about. Unfortunately we cannot make Canada Post ship their deliveries faster, although, if we ever find a way to do that, we most certainly will.

How to pay via E-Transfer?

You must have online banking to send an e-transfer. Your bank will have specific instructions on how to send e-transfers using their site - but the process is essentially the same for all banks.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have purchased from us before please note that we often change our payment email so you may have to change this in your bank “e-transfer recipient list” if you are still using the previous payment email address. Please make sure to always use the CURRENT PAYMENT EMAIL which is highlighted in the instructions that were emailed to you right after you placed your order.

Login to your online banking, and choose e-transfer payment.

Our Payment System is set to auto deposit when you send in your e-transfers. When setting up your e-transfer you will only need to put your ORDER NUMBER on the MESSAGE part of your e-transfer. Use your 5 DIGIT ORDER NUMBER ONLY (see your order confirmation email for this number).

Send an e-transfer payment for your order total (including shipping, if any) to our current payment email (this email is provided in your order confirmation email).

After your e-transfer payment has been completed, a tracking code will be emailed to you as soon as it becomes available. 

High volumes of e-transfers can take some time to process. Please be patient while we process your e-transfer payment and order which under normal conditions will be completed and your package on route within 1 business day.

What is the email address for payments?

If you are having problems inputting it we recommend copying it from here and pasting it when you are making your payment.

Making Your E-Transfer (To avoid confusion and delays)

Any Email Money Transfer containing the words relating to CAMMP Grass, Cannabis or Weed will result in immediate termination of our business relationship WITH ZERO WARNINGS. You will be permanently banned from our site, this will be a final decision.

1. Place only ONE order; do not place multiple orders.

2. Send your etransfer from the same email address you have placed your order with.

3. Send your etransfer immediately after placing your order; or for sure within 24 hours after placing.

4. Make CERTAIN to include your order number in the etransfer notes.

5. Please include your name in the etransfer notes as well.

6. DO NOT include any other information or comments in the etransfer notes.

7. DO NOT mention cannabis or weed in the etransfer notes.

How to cancel an E-Transfer

If you accidentally sent your e-transfer to the wrong email address, you will want to cancel your previous e-transfer.

Do I need a membership?

You MUST be of legal age in your home province or territory.
We will not under any circumstances sell to underage persons.
You can create an account to make future purchases easier but we do not require it.

How can I order?

Ordering from CAMMP is easy! Simply fill your shopping cart with
any of our excellent products (the more the better!), proceed to
the checkout process and fill out your personal information.
Please include your COMPLETE and CORRECT mailing address as well as your phone number (we do not require your phone number BUT if there are any problems with your delivery it comes in handy).
Once this is done you will receive an email from us with your order
information. Then...

Use Interac E-transfer to send your funds to:[email protected]

You will be required to enter a security question. The question you input doesn't matter, but please enter 'cammp2018' as the password.

If you haven’t used Etransfers before, they are super easy! Contact us if you are having problems.

How do you ship? Is it fast? Is it discrete?

Included shipping is now CANADA POST EXPEDITED. Express post is available as an option

· Generally we ship same or next day, however, we do not guarantee shipping or delivery times.




· Canada Post is legally mandated to ship medical marijuana in Canada, we have never had any issues with their deliveries.

· Expresspost is usually 2 business days to major centres;
3 business days to secondary centres; and 4+ business days to rural areas, sometimes longer.

· All our shipments are double vacuum sealed for extreme odour control

· Expresspost envelopes are discrete as is our return address

What happens if I don't get my package?

We will do our best to make sure you get your product.
There can be many issues beyond our control with Canada Post.
Most of the time they are very fast and efficient however occasionally there will be delays.

Please don’t panic if this is the case, especially if you are in a rural area

Missing Products: We will replace any legitimate missing products. We strive to achieve 100% accuracy but alas we are only human. Due to fraudsters – you know who you are and damn you all – we will sometimes require pictures of your packaging to verify contents.

Not receiving any order confirmation email with payment instructions or tracking information? Please make sure to check your spam and junk folders. You may also have to whitelist our e-mail address. Please follow the following steps:

How to Whitelist an Email Address with Gmail:

2. Click on the drop down arrive next to the "Reply" button
3. Select "Add to Contacts List"
4. Click on the "More" button above the email header

7. Check the box that says "Never send it to Spam"

How to Whitelist an Email Address with Outlook:
1. Open the Email
2. Right-click on the sender's name, and click "Add to Outlook Contacts"

4. On the Tools menu, click "Options"
5. On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click "Junk E-mail"
6. Click the Safe Senders tab
7. Select the "Also trust e-mail from my Contacts" check box

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

At this time we accept E-Transfers and Bitcoin. We also accept cash, money orders, and cheques, although we prefer e-transfer and Cheques as it speeds up mailing times as we don't have to wait to receive money before we can send your products to you.

My tracking number doesn't work

We will email you your tracking number before its been scanned in at the post office. Until it has been scanned in, your tracking number will not be trackable on the Canada Post website. Please wait till the end of day, or the next postal business day, and your tracking number should appear correctly. If it does not, please email [email protected]

My shatter to wax / budder. Now what?

Please be advised that due to circumstances that are out of our control, such as summer heat, humidity and even time. There is always a risk that the shatter you ordered could turn to wax or budder by the time you receive it.

Unfortunately, shatter turning to wax budder is not uncommon when exposed to heat but it does not make your shatter any less safe or any less potent in any way whatsoever.

In fact, the terpenes and aromatics will be more present if this happens and the flavor will actually be increased.

We do not offer any reimbursement or refunds if your shatter turns to budder or wax.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Unfortunately not. Under no circumstances.

We are working with Elon Musk to be the first to ship Cannabis into space, which as International waters should be legal!
