COVID-19 Canada Post Update: Dear customers, as a result of COVID-19 complications, Canada Post is no longer (or rarely) offering signature on delivery. We have removed this as an additional option at checkout.

We anticipate that things will go back to normal once the COVID-19 situation cools.

Making Your E-Transfer (To avoid confusion and delays)

Any Email Money Transfer containing the words relating to CAMMP Grass, Cannabis or Weed will result in immediate termination of our business relationship WITH ZERO WARNINGS. You will be permanently banned from our site, this will be a final decision.

1. Place only ONE order; do not place multiple orders.

2. Send your etransfer from the same email address you have placed your order with.

3. Send your etransfer immediately after placing your order; or for sure within 24 hours after placing.

4. Make CERTAIN to include your order number in the etransfer notes.

5. Please include your name in the etransfer notes as well.

6. DO NOT include any other information or comments in the etransfer notes.

7. DO NOT mention cannabis or weed in the etransfer notes.

8. If you are unable to do any of the above PLEASE email us at [email protected] to let us know of any discrepancies or problems

Addressing the Junk/Spam Email issues

Not receiving any order confirmation email with payment instructions or tracking information? Please make sure to check your spam and junk folders. You may also have to whitelist our e-mail address. Please follow the following steps:

How to Whitelist an Email Address with Gmail:
1. Open the email
2. Click on the drop down arrive next to the "Reply" button
3. Select "Add to Contacts List"
4. Click on the "More" button above the email header
5. Select "Filter messages like these"
6. At the bottom of the search window, click "Create filter with this search"
7. Check the box that says "Never send it to Spam"

How to Whitelist an Email Address with Outlook:
1. Open the Email
2. Right-click on the sender's name, and click "Add to Outlook Contacts"
3. Click "Save"
4. On the Tools menu, click "Options"
5. On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click "Junk E-mail"
6. Click the Safe Senders tab
7. Select the "Also trust e-mail from my Contacts" check box

Do I need a membership?

You MUST be of legal age in your home province or territory.
We will not under any circumstances sell to underage persons.
You can create an account to make future purchases easier but we do not require it.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

At this time we accept E-Transfers and Bitcoin. We also accept cash, money orders, and cheques, although we prefer e-transfer and Cheques as it speeds up mailing times as we don't have to wait to receive money before we can send your products to you.

How can I order?

Ordering from CAMMP is easy! Simply fill your shopping cart with
any of our excellent products (the more the better!), proceed to
the checkout process and fill out your personal information.
Please include your COMPLETE and CORRECT mailing address as well as your phone number (we do not require your phone number BUT if there are any problems with your delivery it comes in handy).
Once this is done you will receive an email from us with your order
information. Then... 

Use Interac Etransfer to send your funds to: [email protected]

You will be required to enter a security question. The question you input doesn't matter, but please enter 'cammp2018' as the password. 

If you haven’t used Etransfers before, they are super easy! Contact us if you are having problems.

Who is eligible to purchase on your site?

Adults who are age of majority and residents of Canada.

How do you ship? Is it fast? Is it discrete?

· We ship all orders via Canada Post Expresspost.

· Purolator is available at extra cost and is usually overnight. IF YOUR ORDER IS TIME SENSITIVE WE RECOMMEND PUROLATOR.

· Generally we ship same or next day, however, we do not guarantee shipping or delivery times.




· Canada Post is legally mandated to ship medical marijuana in Canada, we have never had any issues with their deliveries.

· Expresspost is usually 2 business days to major centres;
3 business days to secondary centres; and 4+ business days to rural areas, sometimes longer.

· All our shipments are double vacuum sealed for extreme odour control

· Expresspost envelopes are discrete as is our return address

My tracking number doesn't work

We will email you your tracking number before its been scanned in at the post office. Until it has been scanned in, your tracking number will not be trackable on the Canada Post website.
Please wait till the end of day, or the next postal business day, and your tracking number should appear correctly.

What happens if I don't get my package?

We will do our best to make sure you get your product.
There can be many issues beyond our control with Canada Post.
Most of the time they are very fast and efficient however occasionally there will be delays.

Please don’t panic if this is the case, especially if you are in a rural area.

You must PURCHASE SIGNATURE REQUIRED and INSURANCE to cover the amount of your purchase. Due to unfortunate fraud issues, we can only replace undelivered packages which have signature required.

Our statistics are: 99.5%+ delivery success

Missing Products: We will replace any legitimate missing products. We strive to achieve 100% accuracy but alas we are only human. Due to fraudsters – you know who you are and damn you all – we will sometimes require pictures of your packaging to verify contents.

My shatter to wax / budder. Now what?

Please be advised that due to circumstances that are out of our control, such as summer heat, humidity and even time. There is always a risk that the shatter you ordered could turn to wax or budder by the time you receive it.

Unfortunately, shatter turning to wax budder is not uncommon when exposed to heat but it does not make your shatter any less safe or any less potent in any way whatsoever.

In fact, the terpenes and aromatics will be more present if this happens and the flavor will actually be increased.

We do not offer any reimbursement or refunds if your shatter turns to budder or wax.

Unfortunately not. Under no circumstances.
